Because we limit ourselves to how many homes we build annually, it allows us to maintain a quality of workmanship and the one-on-one personal attention the homeowners deserve. Over the past 15 years, we have filtered through a base of subcontractors and now have crews of seasoned and extremely experienced/qualified professionals that share the same passion for an end result as we do.
Assurance
Unlike the industry standard, which can be off by as much as 30%, Benchmark Construction Co. and our “No Surprises Process”, guarantees to maintain no more than a +/-5% margin of original design costs. We can provide this because even though we only do a limited amount of homes annually, we still estimate over 8 million per year in take offs/bids, and because we’ve building in and around the Texas Hill Country for so long, we understand the lay of the land and realities of what it takes to build in our backyard. Accountability
There’s only One name on the back of our jerseys, and we will not compromise it for anything. We take extreme pride in all we do and hold OURSELVES accountable for not only what we do, but what we say. Warranty
Our warranties cover a 2 year “Bumper to Bumper” that includes plumbing, electrical and mechanical, plus a 10 year limited structural warranty. All manufactures warranties are transferable.
